What I do

Development

I work as a Senior 1C Developer at SOFTSWISS, an international product company. I am responsible for the integration between 1C and the BI platform and for data exchange between systems. I bring AI into everyday work processes.

Experience

Teaching

I teach two courses of my own for 1C developers: one on Git and one on working with AI. 55 people have completed them.

Courses

AI practice

I work with AI agents along the whole path of a 1C task and in any business process. That is the subject of my talk “From Code to Commercial Proposal”.

Talks

Courses

Two courses of my own for 1C developers at the CORS school. Every lesson ends with practice. The courses are taught in Russian.

What graduates say

  • I can note the high quality and clarity of the material, and at the same time its completeness and level of detail. (…) It was interesting to listen to things I thought I already knew and still learn something new.
Dmitry N., Git for 1C, cohort 1 · translated from Russian
  • The module is excellent! A lot of useful material and, most importantly, a lot of practice. The topics are covered step by step: from exporting a configuration to files to automating processes.
Dmitry F., Git for 1C, cohort 2 · translated from Russian
  • Although I have been actively using AI for 1C tasks for six months, this part of the course came at just the right time. (…) Now I have seen in practice the difference between a simple prompt and a full specification for a neural network.
Sergey B., AI Arsenal, cohort 1 · translated from Russian
  • The first module is a solid foundation: tokens, context, LLM hallucinations. The most valuable part is prompt engineering: a ready-made scheme for getting working code. Clear, no fluff.
Boris Ch., AI Arsenal, cohort 1 · translated from Russian

For companies

I teach 1C teams to work with AI and Git. The format depends on what the team needs. Workshops, audits and talks are held in Russian.

Team workshop

A hands-on session built on examples close to your own tasks: writing tasks for AI, code review, tests, documentation.

Development process audit

I go through your development process step by step and show which stages are worth handing to AI and where human control is a must.

Talk for the team

30–40 minutes on applying AI to 1C development, with examples from practice. A good fit for an internal conference.

Open source

OnesTemplates

Code snippet templates for 1C Designer (1C:Enterprise 8.3). The project has 198 stars and 36 forks on GitHub.

1c_vibecoding_agents

A full-cycle system for 1C development with AI agents: task analysis, specification, development, review.

About me

Stas Ganiev, portrait

In tenth grade I wrote algorithms in pencil in a notebook: the school had no computers. At home there was a ZX Spectrum plugged into a tube TV. My first program drew a star that moved along a sine wave.

On December 21, 2001, I wrote my first report in 1C 7.7. Since then I have worked as a developer, tester, analyst, project manager, architect and team lead.

In 2022 my wife, our children and I moved from Khabarovsk to Serbia. I live in Novi Sad, work in an international team and write code in English.

I like explaining complex things so that they become clear. That is where the courses, talks and articles come from.

I earned the money for my first computer as a train attendant on the Khabarovsk–Moscow route.
